Shipping policy

ARTICLE 20: DELIVERY

20.1 – Delivery methods and times
Products can be delivered to Switzerland, Europe, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. Delivery times depend on the availability of the products ordered.

For deliveries within Switzerland, shipments are made by Swiss Post with priority mail:

  • Products in stock: deliveries are generally made within two (2) to five (5) working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Products in the course of supply: deliveries are generally made within two (2) to five (5) working days (Monday to Friday) from receipt of stock.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday recognized by Swiss law will be postponed to the next working day.

For international deliveries (excluding Switzerland), including Europe, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, shipments are made by our logistics partners with priority dispatch. Estimated delivery time is between two (2) and eight (8) working days:

  • Products in stock: deliveries are generally made within two (2) to eight (8) working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Products in the course of supply: deliveries are generally made within two (2) to eight (8) working days (Monday to Friday) from receipt of stock.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the destination country will be postponed to the next working day.

Exceeding delivery deadlines shall not give rise to claims for damages. Cases of force majeure (fires, pandemics, accidents, impossibility of supply, etc.) relieve the seller of its obligation to deliver. In the event of force majeure, M2R Distribution SA undertakes to inform the customer.

Delivery can only be made if the customer has fulfilled his obligations to the seller. Our teams and our partner carriers will do their utmost to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

20.2 – Delivery charges
For deliveries within Switzerland, the delivery charge is CHF 4, payable by the customer.
For orders to countries outside Switzerland, the delivery charge is CHF 8, also payable by the customer.

Shipping is free with a minimum purchase of 3 boxers.

For deliveries to countries outside Switzerland, the European Union and the United Kingdom, additional charges may apply, such as customs clearance fees and import VAT, which will be invoiced to the customer upon delivery of the package.

Customs clearance fees depend on the country of destination, and M2R Distribution SA has no control over these fees. For further information, please contact the relevant customs authority.

20.3 – Delivery address
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. The information provided by the customer is binding. M2R Distribution SA declines all responsibility in the event of late or non-delivery resulting from customer error or force majeure.

  • Any incomplete or erroneous address, or failure to collect the parcel within the time limit, will be considered as a fault attributable to the customer. The customer will be responsible for all forwarding and administration costs.
  • Force majeure includes any unforeseeable event beyond the control of the parties (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.).
